How to use the White Label feature
This is a step-by-step on how to configure your White Label Domain
The White Label feature allows you to fully use StationDB under your chosen domain. Following the steps below, we will show you how to configure it, and customize it to your own visual identity.
First of all, fill in your domain name under "Custom Domain". We recommend you use either a root domain, or a subdomain.
Example: Avoid using "www.yourdomain.com", but use "yourdomain.com" instead.
Then, using the color picker, choose your primary color. This color will be used to replace the indigo color present on StationDB.

Then select your logo and icon. Please follow the recommended size and ratio for the images you select.

Then click on the "Save" button, and scroll down to the new section that will be displayed.
In this new section, click on the "Check Status" button.

After you've clicked on "Check Status", two CNAME records will appear, as shown below:

This is where you'll need to go to your domain registration service, to manage your DNS records. We have used Namecheap on the examples below.
Add two new CNAME records, where you will put under "Host" what is shown in "Name" in the screenshot above from StationDB, and under "Value" the same "Value" as in StationDB.

Once you've saved your modifications on your domain registration service, go back to StationDB, and refresh the "Check Status" button. You'll need to wait until both values show "OK". It will take 20 min at least, and may take up to 24 hours to get both values at "OK".

Congratulations! You can now you can access your custom domain!
Once your domain is configured, you can choose to set up your SMTP. This part is optional.
If you configure your SMTP, the emails that are sent from the platform (team invitation, table export received by email, lost password etc), will come from your domain with the branding you customized above. You can find the required SMTP information at your mailing provider.
If you don't set it up, your White Label team members will receive these emails from StationDB.
